Just a reminder that the classes today (Saturday) are cancelled! If you are interested in getting in a workout, meet at the Zone at 9:00am. A group will be heading out for a run.
If you would like to do a workout at home, you can choose from below:
For time:
- 100 Burpees
10 Rounds for time:
- 10 situps
- 10 pushups
- 10 lunges
AMRAP in 20 minutes:
- 5 pushups
- 10 situps
- 15 lunges
