WOD – “Nicole”

AMRAP in 20 min:

  • Run 400M
  • Max Pullups

Score = Max pullup reps

Zone 3 – scale to 10 reps per round
Zone 2 – scale to assisted Pullups
Zone 1 – scale time, alternate sets of Pullups with sets of Pushups

Cash Out – MWOD
* Lat stretch with band
* couch stretch
* roll out legs and shoulders with a ball or foam roller
