Saturday team workout!

Happy Saturday!  Are you ready for a team workout…

We are taking Fran to the next level.  Fran is not hard enough, so we thought we would add a run 🙂

Here are the rules:

  • Both partners must complete all of the reps
  • You may break up the reps as needed, for example in sets of 5 until you complete 21,15,9
  • When you complete the reps, you will do the run as a team
  • You may not start your next set of reps until both athletes are back in the door

*** Here is the fun part, there is one bar per team and the bar is not allowed to touch the ground other than when you are running***
