Saturday class with Scoots!

Hello gang,

Remember, only one class on Saturday – and it’s at 9am with the one and only Lucas P (aka Scoots).  The workout will be as follows:

Buy – in: Inventive dynamic movement (Scoots’ choice!)

WOD: Monkey Hands

For time:

5 rounds of –

  • 1 traverse of the monkey bars in the pullup area
  • 5 1 arm kettlebell thrusters per arm (scale kb as needed)
  • 1 length of gym crawl on all 4’s
  • 5 burpees
  • 200m run

If there are lots of people, you can start at different stations!
