Buy – in: Inventive dynamic movement (Scoots’ choice!)
WOD: Monkey Hands
For time:
5 rounds of –
- 1 traverse of the monkey bars in the pullup area
- 5 1 arm kettlebell thrusters per arm (scale kb as needed)
- 1 length of gym crawl on all 4’s
- 5 burpees
- 200m run
If there are lots of people, you can start at different stations!
