Just a reminder about the Victoria Day long weekend hours currently in effect:

Saturday

10:00 a.m. class ONLY!
9:00 a.m. class and 11:00 a.m. Intro are CANCELLED.

Monday

9:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. classes ONLY!
7:00am, 10:30 a.m. Lifting class, 12:15 p.m., 4:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. classes are CANCELLED.

Today’s Workout

Buy In – Make sure your hips and hamstrings are warmed up before class, then Deadlift 2 sets of 10 reps.

WOD “Un Giganton”

21-15-9 reps for time:
Snatch (95/135lbs)
Box Jump (20/24)

This is a partner WOD.  Each partner completes ALL of the reps.  (Partner 1 completes the snatch reps, then partner 2 does the same.  When the last rep is completed of the snatch, partner 1 moves to the box jumps.  Complete the workout following this same fashion.)

Zone 4 – 75/115lbs
Zone 3 – 65/95lbs
Zone 2 – scale snatch as needed, scale box as needed
Zone 1 – scale as needed
