Buy In – Make sure your hips and hamstrings are warmed up before class, then Deadlift 2 sets of 10 reps.
WOD – “Un Giganton”
21-15-9 reps for time:
Snatch (95/135lbs)
Box Jump (20/24)
This is a partner WOD. Each partner completes ALL of the reps. (Partner 1 completes the snatch reps, then partner 2 does the same. When the last rep is completed of the snatch, partner 1 moves to the box jumps. Complete the workout following this same fashion.)
Zone 4 – 75/115lbs
Zone 3 – 65/95lbs
Zone 2 – scale snatch as needed, scale box as needed
