Hey Team,

It’s Saturday… time to get in a nice morning wakeup workout!

Today’s Workout

Buy-in:  Playing with wallballs (reverse wallballs, situp wallballs, pistol wallballs????)

WOD:  “Burping Bells”

You have the option of crushing this WOD solo or with a partner, either way it will be a good time 🙂

21-15-9 rep rounds for time of:

  • Burpee Box Jumps (20/24)
  • Kettlebell Swings (30-35, 45-55)

Zone 3 – scale weight of kbs and box height as needed

Zone 2 – scale reps to 15-10-5

Zone 1 – scale as needed

Cash-Out:  foam roll and lacrosse ball
