Today’s Workout
Buy-in: 3 rds – 4 inchworms, 8 double crunch, 12 jumping jacks
Grab a partner – theme for team names is “Slow Creatures” (i.e. the Thundering Tortoises)
WOD: Poutine
As many reps in 16 minutes of:
- 20 squats each
- 20 kbs each (35/55)
- 10 knees to elbows each
- 10 wallball over-bars (high pullup bars) each – (14/20) – just get the ball over the bar, no need to squat!
- alternate sets on each exercise – partner 1 does 20 squats then partner 2 does 20 squats then you move on to the next exercise
- 120 reps per round
Zone 2 – scale kbs and wallball throws as needed, scale kte to double crunch
Zone 1 – scale wod as needed
