Today’s Workout
Buy In – 3 rounds of 50 single skips, 10 pvc dislocates, 10 1-arm DB Squat Snatch, 10 double crunch
WOD – “Partner Nancy”
5 Rounds for time:
200M Run
10 Overhead Squats (65lbs/95lbs)
* Partner 1 completes a round, then when last squat is completed, partner 2 begins their first round.
* Each partner completes 5 rounds each
Zone 2 – Scale OHS to 45lbs/75lbs
Zone 1 – Scale as needed
Cash Out – MWOD – couch stretch, pigeon stretch and roll out shoulders with lacrosse ball or foam roller.
