So of course as everyone knows tomorrow is Johnny Cash’s birthday (Adrianna he is a singer, look it up) but it is also your last official chance to do or redo the CF open WOD. Doors will open at 13:00 and we will start things off around 13:30. Please feel free to come on down to cheer people on or help with the judging. We will also allow for an open gym but priority of space and equipment goes to those participating in the open.
