WOD – In teams of 2, do the following:
Fran (21, 15, 9 Thrusters and Pull ups – 65/95)
THEN
Grace (30 Clean and Jerks – 95/135)
THEN
Elizabeth (21, 15, 9 Power Cleans and Ring Dips – 95/135)
Break up the work any way you want!
Zone 4: Scale weight as appropriate (Fran 55/75, 75/115 for the others.)
Zone 3: Use a band for pull ups/ring dips, Weight scaled 45/65 FRAN, 65/95 for the rest.
Zone 2: Scale as needed.
Cash out: One block cool down jog, then spend 2 mins in the Couch Stretch, followed by some foam roll action!
