This is our 1st Introductory session for October! Send your friends to the Zone to come and learn about the CrossFit methodology, try an awesome workout and check out where all the magic happens!

We still have a few spots available! Please email admin@crossfitzone.ca or call 250.380.9392 to register.

The intro session is $10, which will be taken off your membership when signing up within 1 week of the session.

Today’s Workout:

Buy In pick a partner, make a deadly name for your duo

WOD –

You have 20 minutes in your pair to complete: 5 x 3 reps of Snatch

  • Work on trying to get under the bar fast
  • No press outs!
  • We are looking for a squat snatch today, so that means you have to receive the bad in a  full squat

For time:

  • 50 Box Jumps (20/24)
  • 50 Toes to bar
  • 50 Kettlebell swings (35/55)
  • 50 Ring Pushups
  • 50 Overhead Walking lunges (25/45)

You must complete all the reps as a pair.  You can break them up anyway that you choose.  But you must complete one exercise before moving on.

Scale all the movements as needed!
