Time to Retest Your Baseline this week!

What the heck is the Baseline workout?

For time:
500M Row
40 Squats
30 Situps
20 Pushups
10 Pullups

If you have never done it – do it this week!

If you have done it – PR it!

It will be offered in classes this week as a substitution for the warm up.  Make sure you get to class early enough to get your mobility in and a bit of a dynamic warm up so you can throw it down!
