Today’s Workout:
Buy-in: Handstand and Handstand pushup practice
- 15 minutes to practice getting inverted in whatever form you are comfortable with
- If you haven’t done handstands before or haven’t done them recently, chat with our coaches about reasonable progressions
- If you are familiar with handstand pushups, try different variations with paralletes or increasing your range of motion
- Whatever you do, always have a spotter and ensure you have enough space beside you if you fall
WOD: “Pogo”
For time –
- 21-15-9 rep rounds of:
- Pullups
- Box jumps (20/24)
- Kettlebell swings ( 30-35/45-55)
Zone 3: scale kb weight as needed
Zone 2: scale box height to 12/20, assisted pullups
Zone 1: scale as needed
Cash-Out: FTL stretch

TIsha and I are going to Crag X on Sat around 2pm to do a bit of climbing, everyone and anyone is welcome to join us. (anyone who has never been can’t go though.. you have to do the intro lesson first and I think they are only on mondays or you have to book it or something).
Anyways it will be fun, see you there maybe.
Craig, I’ve completed my intro course (a couple years ago…) and would like to try and come down to Crag X on Saturday!
