We have another chipper today for you!  This chipper is meant to be  workout that you can just “chip” away at and keep moving.  There is a twenty minute time cap on it to allow enough time to get through the strength component at the end.  Please choose scaling options that allow you to keep moving or take small breaks in between sets.
