Who else is in the spirit of the Games this week?! I know I sure am! I’ve been cruising through all the athlete bios, articles and videos on the CrossFit Games site, and I came across this video.
It’s a reflection on how CrossFit truly has become a “sport”, despite the odds and the skepticism stacked against it. We really have come quite far, when you think about it. Growing from 1 rogue CrossFit box in Santa Cruz to an estimated number of about 2,800 CrossFit boxes in over 50 countries is nothing to sneeze at!
CrossFit: This is our sport.

Question of the Day (QOD): What are your predictions for the games? Who is going to take it? How are our B.C. athletes going to fair? What innovative events/components do you think will be included? Post to comments
