Another high volume day here folks that if you are doing the open you will want to scale (no more than 5 reps during the strength portion and at a lightish weight!). The wod is a tabata style that will be perfect for keeping yourself moving without overdoing it. Pick a number that makes you work but isn’t crazy and hit that each round. Remember the goal is to move not destroy
