Crossfit helped me become more focused and physically/mentally strong. The WLC has elevated that to another level! I am more conscious of what I eat and feel leaner than ever before. There is built in accountability which keeps you on track and I get a lot of satisfaction from having a balanced lifestyle.

The Whole Life Challenge is coming to an end… congrats to everyone who stuck it out got the 8 weeks. We will be getting together to do the measurements as well as retesting the workout. To win a prize, you must retest everything!

Why: To see everyone’s awesome improvement over the 8 weeks!
