Whole Life Challenge Results!

THE RESULTS ARE IN!  We saw so many great improvements in the workout, nutrition, mobilization, and measurements.  So proud of everyone for sticking it out over the 8 weeks.  I wish everyone the best of luck in keeping the changes in their life!  Please congratulate the Whole Life Challenge athletes when you see them in the gym.

The first prize is going to the Overall Winners!  This is scored based on your Challenge points, improvement on the workout and improvement on the measurements.

Overall Winners:

First place goes to Courtney Sims  who  will receive one pair of Rogue Rings plus a  One Month Gold Membership;

Second Place is Loni Nightingale  who  will receive a One Month Gold Membership and a New Hoodie;

Third Place is Joanna Robb who will receive a New Hoodie and Fish Oil.

Most Improved in the workout:

Kelly Phillips – winner of a $60.00 Gift Certificate from Alloyd Fitness

Most Improved in the measurements:

Nicci Rangel- winner of a new Hoodie

Best Challenge Score:

Meghan Dockrill – winner of  a Speed Rope, a Lacrosse Ball and Fish Oil

The standings do not do justice to what the results these athletes have achieved.  I have asked the athletes to share some testimonials with us which you will see over the next few months.  If you get a change to talk to the athletes in the gym, please ask them about their experience and results.  You will be able to see some of the results for yourself!  Many pounds in inches were lost in the challenge.

Keep your eyes open for future posts about the next Whole Life Challenge starting in February!
