Today is day 2 of the Taranis Winter Challenge! Come down to cheer on your family as they compete to make the cut through to Sunday.
The competition is at CrossFit Taranis – Suite 3-933 Ellery St, Victoria, BC V9A 4R9
Workout 1
- Starts at 8:30am at the Esquimalt track
- WOD is for time: 800M run, 50 burpees, 400M run
Workout 2
- Time TBA
- A barbell complex ladder of: 3 snatch grip deadlifts, 3 snatches, 3 overhead squats. You have 50 seconds to complete the lifts. You must hold onto the barbell for all 3 snatch grip deadlifts and the first snatch rep.
- Barbells increase by 10lbs. Woman’s start weight 65lbs, Men’s start weight 115lbs (I think)
