Girl Power!

We have some girl power in the gym!  Over the last 4 months, there has been 4 girls that have got their first muscle up 🙂  Our leaderboard spots are full.  So if you want to get on the leaderboard you will need to string 2 reps together.

Way to go Murphy!  She not only has her bar muscle up, she also has her ring muscle up.

Congratulations… Perfect timing right before the Winter Challenge.  Let’s hope there are muscle ups so you girls can rock them!

Come down to CrossFit Taranis to cheer on your fellow Zoners while the compete in the Taranis Winter Challenge!  The schedule for the weekend is Friday –  6:00pm, the first Individual heats begins. The times for Saturday have not been posted yet.  The competition should wrap up by 4pm on Sunday.

5 Round for time:
12 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (75/115lbs)
10 Push Press (75/115lbs)

Zone 4 – scale reps to 9 and 7 with the RX weight
Zone 3 – scale weights to 65/95lbs
Zone 2 – scale to 45/75lbs
Zone 1 – scale as needed
