All those competing at Taranis next weekend are welcome to attend this Sunday’s meeting at 1230 in the gym.
Turts and Scoots will be covering:
1. “Tapering” for comp over the week leading in
2. Nutrition (day before, over the weekend, after events)
3. Recovery strategies
4. WOD Strategy
