Hey Whole Life Challenger’s, we are planning a mid challenge potluck party for you to come and share some of your favourite meals or snacks as well as your experiences so far!
This will be held on Saturday, October 13th from 1:30 – 3:30pm. Please bring in a Whole Life Challenge friendly snack or meal to share with the group. We are also thinking about making a WLC Cookbook to share with everyone. Please bring in your favourite recipes!
If there is anything else that is really cool you would like to see at this potluck, please let us know….

Buy In – Front rack mobility – roll triceps on a bar
Warmup with: 4 rounds of: jumping jacks, squat, mountain climber, hollow rock (15 sec of each)
WOD – “Thurpee Run”
AMRAP in 15 minutes:
7 Burpees – with strict pushup
7 Thrusters (65/95)
400M Run
Scored by total burpees and thrusters
Zone 3 – scale to 55/75
Zone 2 – scale thruster weight as needed
Zone 1 – scale run thruster reps to 5, scale as needed
Cash Out – Roll out glutes and IT band with a ball
