Who will be on the Podium next?
Hey all,
So the workouts are now done for the zone games! Nothing will be insane but it will be hard and it will require teamwork.
Registration forms will be available on Monday and the cost per team will be $20. We are trying to keep the price as low as possible so to that end the BBQ will be a potluck and prizes are going to be some fun things, nothing serious.
We will also be looking for judges and other helpers so if someone is interested in that, tell them to get in contact with Sean via email at sean@crossfitzone.ca
