The deadline for entering the Zone Games is coming up quickly – although we’re extending it by one day – so Monday June 21st is the last day to submit your entry form AND your money ($15!). Get your applications in quickly so we can get an idea of the numbers to expect and so we can plan the WODs effectively!
If you’re on the fence about competing, keep in mind that we can scale in the open division (not the Advanced), so you might as well just nut up and do it 🙂
We have lots of great prizes getting lined up! So far we have prizes from Popeye’s, Running room, massages and more in the works. You don’t want to miss out on them!
If you have any questions or concerns, talk to your coaches, they will have at least some of the answers. For more information on the event, check out the previous blog post
Just to confirm, the date of the Games competition will be Sunday June 27th. Expect 3 WODs to complete and to be available to do them from 8am to 5pm.

WOD – Baseline
For time:
- 500m row
- 40 squats
- 30 situps
- 20 pushups
- 10 pullups
Zone 2 – assisted pullups, pushups from knees
Zone 1 – scale as needed
