There will be more updates and photos posted this week on the 300km Challenge and the RVM, stay tuned….
Happy Thanksgiving to all you CrossFit Zoners! Eat lots of turkey and pumpkin pie.
ATTENTION: All CrossFit classes will be cancelled today. There will be an open gym time from 5:30pm – 7:00pm for all you die hards 😉
Also if you are interested there will be some people (like Krista, Donald… apparently 300km is not enough, and myself) who will be hitting up Thetis at 9:00am tomorrow for a 5km run/walk. If you are interested in joining us, please meet in the parking lot at 9:00am.

I can’t sing Rob and Donald’s praises enough! I am truly humbled by what I witnessed them do out there this week. I also want to send a shout out to the CrossFit Zone team, Deanna and Krista especially, who were so tireless in their efforts of support for these guys. I’m proud to be a member of such a tight and caring community, and feel blessed to be surrounded by such warm-hearted, dedicated people!
And so, in the spirit of Thanksgiving, that’s what I’m thankful for this year. 🙂
You guys are truly amazing. You did it! Not that anyone thought you wouldn’t.
Congrats!!!
Rob and Donald are my heroes!! they bring so much to the gym and good on ’em for raising money for BBBS Vic!
Great work support crew and all those who ran this am!!! You are all inspirational!
I can not say enough about the community and camaraderie that you all have provided to Rob and I.
I can also honestly say that there is no way that we would have been able to do this without the CrossFit training that we’ve received over the past few months!
I’m not sure we’ll ever be able to thank you all enough for the support and encouragement you’ve given us over the last week (and the last couple of months in the gym!!)
Rob and Donald,
Tremendous achievement, it’s an honor to have you guys around our gym! Looking back it’s interesting that I never once doubted your ability to finish your quest… and that’s exactly what you did – one day at a time, one step at a time, through some hard minutes, hours, and days I’m sure. Truly inspirational.
Running today was a great experience for me and I enjoyed every minute of it. I’m glad the hard work in the gym paid off and am really happy that it transferred as well as it did to your “real-world” endeavour.
Looking forward to helping you guys achieve your next goals and in the meantime getting your “Fran” times down!!
turts.

That was an amazing achievement by Rob and Donald and for a good cause! I hope you boys are resting today because it’s well deserved.
