Just a quick reminder that you need to have your registration form and money in by Tuesday (May 22nd) 7:30pm to compete. No late registration will be accepted.

Today`s Workout:
Buy In – 3 rounds of 10 jump squats, 1 length spider crawl, 1 length inchworm, 10 jumping pullups
WOD – “Frandemonium”
10,9,8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 reps for time of:
- Thrusters (65/95)
- Strict pullups
Zone 4 – scale strict pullup reps as needed
Zone 3 – scale to assisted strict pullups
Zone 2 – scale thruster weight as needed
Zone 1 – scale reps as needed
* stick to strict pullups because it is the skill of the month!
Cash Out – MWOD
* rubber band stretch for lats and triceps
* couch stretch – 1 minute per side
* coach led hip flexor stretch


The Zone Games is sure to be entertaining for competitors and spectators alike! We're 'thinking outside the box' with how we can make this one memorable and fun!
Not to say that the others haven't been memorable and fun. Every time we hold a Zone Games it ends up being epic and full of good times with great people. Not something to miss, that's for sure!
I am really excited about it! We have a great team putting it together this time. And as Adam said, it will be crowd pleasing 😉
