Alright Ladies and Gentlemen, We have only two more days to test that broad jump to determine who will be bringing home the cup! There were some pretty impressive score at the start, and from some of the retesting done so far there have been some big improvements.
Few last minute tips:
- Try and use your whole body, Swing your arms to get some more power when you jump
- Kick your legs forward while in the air instead of stomping down
- Own your landing! plant those feet hand so they stay put and you maintain your balance
