Rich Froning and Samantha Briggs are your 2013 Reebok Crossfit games Champions! Rich was able to remain consistent throughout the majority of the competition and Snatch up the title for Worlds fittest man for the third time in a row. Samantha dominated the rowing events for the ladies and was able to maintain a high enough score to edge out The powerful Lindsey Valenzuela for the top spot. Congrats to all competitors who competed this weekend.
Our local athletes had a good showing this weekend Stephanie finished 15th in her masters division, The team from Taranis finished in the 25th spot in the teams division. Our Boy Lucas finished in 19th place over all. He had a first place finish in the Clean and jerk ladder by throwing up an astonishing 355 pound bar and a number or top five placings. Fear the Beard!
