We are starting up a Teens program at both locations beginning on Monday, July 15th!
The Teens class is designed specifically for the needs of the teenager. Whether athlete or couch potato, Zone’s Teen program helps teens become better movers, performers and people. The class combines age-appropriate weightlifting and movements with high intensity training to give teens an inspiring and effective workout. Teens will learn warm-up drills and skills, safe weightlifting technique, and how to develop and maintain healthy habits for life. Classes are structured to foster a team environment where workouts are often completed as a group, rather than individually. All Teens classes are instructed and supervised by qualified, certified and record-checked coaches.
Limited enrollment (8 participants).
Mondays – 3:30pm (Westshore)
Tuesdays – 3:30pm (Downtown)
Wednesdays – 3:30pm (Westshore)
Thursdays – 3:30pm (Downtown)
