Buy In – Wall Walks 3-3-3-3-3

WOD – “Working on the Farm”

AMRAP in 12 Minutes:

P1: 50M Farmers carry
P2: Push Up (HR) (Score)
P3: Ring Row (Score)

The team member doing the farmers walk sets the time at each station. Team members switch stations when member doing the farmers walk gets back.  Workout is scored by total team reps of Pushups and Ring Rows.  Choose a challenging method for farmers carry. Hold plates, barbells, KB’s, etc

Zone 2 – scale to assisted pushups, scale ring rows as needed

Zone 1 – scale as needed

Cash Out – Tabata L-Sit
