ATTENTION:
We will be holding an amazing 3 set series of seminars starting in October held by Chiropractors Rick Baxter and Adrian Raphael called Eat Well Move Well Think Well. The seminars will be 90 minutes in length followed by a question and answers. These seminar themes are as follows:
1. Eat Well – Saturday, October 17th @ 11:00am
This seminar follows the Paleolithic diet with emphasis on “what we need” and “what we don’t need”, and how to transition to a healthy lifestyle.
2. Move Well – Saturday, November 21st @ 11:00am
This seminar takes the functionality of movement to the next level after CrossFit. You may come and do a WOD 3-5 days a week, but what are you doing when you are not at CrossFit Zone?
3. Think Well – Saturday, December 12th @ 11:00am
This seminar focuses on how to tie it all together. How you think will change how you eat and how you move. How you eat and move will change how you think. You will learn how powerful the mind is and how to change your thoughts to become more positive.
