Focusing a lot today on Tabata style intervals.  Notice that air squats comes up twice.  The first set is your warm up, not the time to set a record.  We are spending a good amount of time getting everything ready to go so we can hit the OHS hard.  After the strength portion you can really go for it.  As always there are two ways to approach interval training….pick a number and try to maintain that consistency throughout or go for total reps.  Your score for today’s wod will be total reps of all the exercises combined.
