Name That Tune

Can you name that tune?  …You probably can, if it’s on our Zone iPod, since you’ve likely heard it recycled through our speakers a hundred times before!

I’m sure you’ve realized that, just like the capacity on your own iPod, the capacity on ours is limited.  It can be difficult to cater to everyone’s individual music tastes, and it can also be difficult to keep a good variety of tunes in the rotation from one humble iTunes account.  This is why we’re once again extending the invitation to you to share your own music collection with us!

Awhile back, I made a post inviting the Zone Gang to start bringing in their iPods and sharing their music with us during class times.  I don’t know about you, but I always feel that little bit more motivated when the music that’s pumping through the gym is from my own personal collection, or is a song I just so happen to love.  Why not get your chance to listen to something that you pumps YOU up?

Don’t be shy!  We’re asking members to start bringing their personal iPods with them to class. If the stereo hasn’t already been claimed by someone else’s iPod when you arrive, go ahead and hook yours up!  This is the best way to get this gym bumpin’ and shake up our currently tedious playlist with some new tunes.

One last thing to remember, although I’m sure this goes without saying… Please maintain consideration for the appropriateness of your musical choices, and try to keep any highly offensive material out of the class.  Anything with unsavoury subject matter or excessive language is best kept at home.  Thanks!
