
On the holiday Monday we will be having an “Off site WOD” at the Beach! Come on out and bring your bathing suit, sunscreen, water, towel and aqua socks if you have them.
After the workout many of the CrossFitters are going to hang out to catch some rays! If you are sticking around after make sure to bring a healthy post wod snack. Anyone have a frisbee???

Buy In- Light double under practice
WOD – “Turts”
Elite: 5 Rounds
– 10 chest to bar pullups
– 15 ring push ups
– 50 Double Unders
Zone 3: girls with assistance on pullups
Zone 2: 4 Rounds
– 10 pull ups
– 10 ring push ups on incline
– 30 double unders
Zone 1: 3 Rounds
– 10 pull ups
– 10 ring push ups on incline
– 60 single skips
Cash Out – Handstand practice – 5 kick ups to spotter, 5 kick ups to hold
with spotter

I think i am going to take a day off seeing as Turts is such a big meany (i am talking of the workout, of course).

oh and my vote for beach is for where ever. i love wittys lagoon for the beach but am willing to show up anywhere!
I wish I could make it today, but I don’t think I’ll be able to. Looks like a great WOD. Right up my alley.
Looks like the majority of the people want to go with Witty’s lagoon.

You won’t see me at the next couple WODs, I’m afraid! I can’t do any of this push/pull/grip stuff until my finger is solidly mended up. Next week I should be good to go!

okay i don’t have frisbees, i sent them to my parents house! sorry. i think wittys is probably the best place for the water running due to it’s soft bottom! we can meet at the gym if people need a ride!
