
On the holiday Monday we will be having an “Off site WOD” at the Beach! Come on out and bring your bathing suit, sunscreen, water, towel and aqua socks if you have them.
After the workout many of the CrossFitters are going to hang out to catch some rays! If you are sticking around after make sure to bring a healthy post wod snack. Anyone have a frisbee???

Elite: 5 Rounds
– 10 chest to bar pullups
– 15 ring push ups
– 50 Double Unders
Zone 3: girls with assistance on pullups
Zone 2: 4 Rounds
– 10 pull ups
– 10 ring push ups on incline
– 30 double unders
Zone 1: 3 Rounds
– 10 pull ups
– 10 ring push ups on incline
– 60 single skips
Cash Out – Handstand practice – 5 kick ups to spotter, 5 kick ups to hold
with spotter
