The CrossFit Game Open season has begun. You’ve been planning out your flawless training routine or just getting excited to try out the more gruesome WODs. But what about your recovery plan? During a competitive season, it’s so easy to get caught up in the intensity, over-train and under-recover. If you feel like you could use a little more recovery, add this to you calendar!
Recovery Swim Fun
Date: Saturday March 23, 2013 – mid way through the open season Time: 6:30pm – 8:30 pm
Place: Commonwealth Pool
Cost: $6.50
Ride: If you are able to offer a ride, let’s organize to meet at 6pm at your nearest Zone location.
Swimming is a popular recovery method for many good reason! It is low impact, hydrostatic pressure property of the water, and it is a full body workout are the biggest selling points.
