During Squat day, the coaches will be going through the basic mechanics of how to do an air squat, front squat, back squat and overhead squat. We will also be going over mobility exercises to help you get into a better position in your squat. Check out the video below from K-Star at the Games explaining the importance of creating torque while squatting.

Buy In – Mobility
WOD – Technique
Cash Out – “Tabata Squoubles”
Tabata Squats (4 intervals)
Tabata Double unders (4 intervals)
Alternating between squats and double udners, go for total reps of each!
Zone 2 – scale to single skips
Zone 1 – scale as needed
