During Squat day, the coaches will be going through the basic mechanics of how to do an air squat, front squat, back squat and overhead squat. We will also be going over mobility exercises to help you get into a better position in your squat. Check out the video below from K-Star at the Games explaining the importance of creating torque while squatting.

“Tabata Squrpees”
Tabata Squats (4 intervals)
Tabata Burpees (4 intervals)
Alternating between squats and burpees, go for total reps of each!

Just wanted to say how cool it was that you tube recommended that I watch a video about Lucas after that Kelly Starret video.
Was very interesting to learn about all the small mechanics that go on and what you should be thinking about as you squat.
