Where’s Turts?
This past weekend, Turts was in Vancouver completing his Level 1 CrossFit Certification. He said that he represented well for CrossFit Zone 🙂
They had a Team WOD (Fran Style) 400 Meter run, followed by 300 Barbell thrusters, 300 Pullups and ending with a 400 Meter run. The workout was done in teams of 6. His team came in 2nd! Way to go CrossFit Zone 🙂

Buy In – 3 sets of 20 double crunch, 15 kb swings
WOD – “Time to Row”
20 sec x2, 40 sec x 2, 60sec x 2, 80sec x2, record total distance traveled
Gymnastics:
• false grip ring rows 5×8
• skin the cat – 5×5 repetitions or 3-5 sets of 6-10 hanging leg raises from rings
Cash Out – goat practice
