Shannon and I ventured over to CrossFit Vancouver this weekend to do a Saturday morning WOD. It was super bad ass! I find when I workout I am so in the Zone that I don’t even realize that I am being injured. So I noticed later on in the day a crazy bruise. Probably the biggest bruise I have ever had. Check it out! I am pretty sure it was from the ring dips that I was doing, the metal clasp must have been rubbing on it every rep.
