Buy-in: Squat clean and jerk – 6 x 1. If unfamiliar with this movement, work technique through 5 sets of 5 reps with moderate weight. Winter Challenge competitors – don’t go for a PR, just work on accuracy with 80-90% effort.

Elite – For time:
- 3 rounds of 25 wallballs (14/20) and 20 pullups, then:
- 1000m row
Zone 2: Scale to assisted pullups and/or scale wallball weight to 10/14
Zone 1: Scale as needed
Cash-out: FTL Stretches
