Today’s Workout

Buy In: Handstand walks for distance,  OR max free-hold handstands. (Coaches, spend up to a max of 15 min on the Buy In)

  • If you are unable to do a free-hold handstand, ask your Coach for a progression

WOD: “Get up, get down”   For time:

  • 50 squats
  • 25 pullups
  • 40 squats
  • 20 pullups
  • 30 squats
  • 15 pullups
  • 20 squats
  • 10 pullups
  • 10 squats
  • 5 pullups

Zone 2- scale to assisted pull ups

Zone 1 – Scale reps as needed

Games Prep – Chest to Bar pullups

Then: Max plank hold competition!

Cash out: Shoulder work – 5 way shoulder stretch with a band
