Just a reminder that our in-house Crossfit competition, the Zone Games 2, is happening next weekend (October 2). You can register for one of two categories – Open (for novice to intermediate crossfit athletes) and Advanced (for athletes completing WODs as Rx on a regular basis).
To register, all you have to do is fill out a registration form (found on the desk by the log – in computer) and accompany that with $15 (+hst = 16.80). If you’re wondering what category to register in, consult your coaches and the posted standards (see this post) to make your decision. If you can complete the standards, then no reason not to give it a shot!
Registration closes on Monday, September 27, so make sure if you want to compete, to get your money and your registration in by then!!!

- 10 overhead squats (65/95)
- 15 kettlebell swings (35/55)
Zone 3 – scale ohs to 45/65, scale kbs as needed
Zone 2 – scale ohs to 35/45, scale # of rounds as needed
Zone 1 – scale as needed
