Warren, or “Dub” as he’s known around the Zone is a silent assassin.  Usually tucked in the corner by the plyo boxes and piled up tires, Dub knocks out great WOD times like nobody’s business.  This has especially been the case over the past three months, and Dub has stepped up his game to awesome heights.  Case in point – one day we did a one rep max in the front squat and then the baseline WOD.  Warren’s numbers were 260 for the front squat and just over 4 minutes (4:01 or 4:04?) for the Baseline – the best combo of heavy lifting and anaerobic lactic power that was seen that day.

He’s been working steadily on his exercise technique which is also paying dividends, and all this while being a golf pro!  A civilized beast for sure.  We’re excited that he’s available to head out to Calgary and he’ll be a great addition to our Zone Rangers team!

Turts.

  1. Thanks for the kind words Turts. 8 is a little high on the handicap though budday.. unless you wanna play for some mooola! 🙂

  2. Haha sorry Dub, just took a wild guess… although I should’ve figured that since you’re a “pro” it’d be a little lower 😉 Plus to me, an 8 handicap is virtually a superstar hahaha

  3. Moving away from the ads or specification floating around, but they never go
out of video and mirroring. From now onwards, you can
access different types of videos and not according to your HDTV via HDMI.

The competition in this scenario, and the bleakness of war.

  4. But nevertheless, gamines will invariably prefer books to computer systems if this involves anything. For those who have a study to complete, privilegiate educational magazines and encyclopedias to computer systems.
