Not much to say….9:30 start and lots of work planned. Won’t be the longest day ever so that we can get on with the holiday but lots of work to go through so be ready See you tomorrow
Some heavy cleans, some fat bar work and some fun surprises. Rope climbs as the skill work so bring proper foot wear or pants
3 themes for tomorrow: sprint, slog and skill. Going to be a hard but fun time. See you at 9:30!
Interesting little rep scheme for today’s wod, looks easy but add up the reps and it will be clear that this is a lot of work. Try to have a good plan going into this so that it doesn’t just become a slog through. Most of these sets should be done unbroken with quick transitions
Lots of volume here so really look at this wod and scale appropriately. Pick a level that will challenge you but at the same time allow you to get in a decent amount of work. If you are still sore from the push up palooza the other day, really give some thought to how you

Going to run through some of the canwest games wods tomorrow, also lots of O-lift work and some rope climbs (so bring appropriate gear) Kick things off at 9:30!
A variation on the shoulder press, this seated movement will really test your core strength, mobility and spinal positioning. Since we don’t do this movement much you probably won’t have relevant numbers for it, so for this workout feel free to add weight as you go through the sets. T nation has an excellent article
