Technique Week – Metcon

Brian and Chris at a Pose Seminar we hosted

Second to last day of our technique week!  We will be focusing on the metabolic conditioning movements running, rowing and double unders.  You will be surprised at how much technique goes into each of these exercises.  Make sure to bring in your skipping rope adjusted to your perfect length or pick up a rope at the gym for $20.

If you run like this, please come in and we will work on it 😉

  1. Great class with Lucas tonight. I run every week yet I don’t think about what I am doing nearly enough. In the 60 minutes I was able to see how I can pick up my pace with keeping just a couple movements in mind. Thanks!

  2. Hello there! I could have sworn I’ve been to this web site before but after browsing through some of the posts I realized it’s new to me.
Nonetheless, I’m certainly pleased I found it and I’ll be bookmarking it and
    checking back often!

  3. Hey I know this is off topic but I was wondering if you knew of any widgets I could

add to my blog that automatically tweet my newest twitter updates.

I’ve been looking for a plug-in like this for quite some time and was hoping maybe you would have some experience with something like this. Please let me know if you run into anything. I truly enjoy reading your blog and I look forward to your new updates.

  4. fantastic publish, very informative. I wonder why the opposite experts of this sector do not understand this.

You should proceed your writing. I am confident, you have a huge readers’ base already!

  5. It’s a shame you don’t have a donate button! I’d most certainly donate to this brilliant blog! I suppose for now i’ll settle for bookmarking and adding your RSS feed to my Google account. I look forward to fresh updates and will share this site with my Facebook group. Talk soon!
